Hot Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 2 pimentos hot peppers baked in the oven and peeled
- 1/2 kgr soft feta cheese
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
- pepper
METHOD
- Beat the peppers in a blender with the oil until it becomes creamy.
- Add a little feta in the blender and beat again.
- Continue with the remaining feta and add the vinegar (or lemon) and pepper and mix them until they become creamy.
- The Hot Cheese Sause is ready and keep it in a bowl in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
TIP: If we see that the Hot Cheese Sause is hard and it can not be hit, add some milk and beat again.
