Hot Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 pimentos hot peppers baked in the oven and peeled
  • 1/2 kgr soft feta cheese
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
  • pepper
METHOD
  1. Beat the peppers in a blender with the oil until it becomes creamy.
  2. Add a little feta in the blender and beat again.
  3. Continue with the remaining feta and add the vinegar (or lemon) and pepper and mix them until they become creamy.
  4. The Hot Cheese Sause is ready and keep it in a bowl in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
TIP: If we see that the Hot Cheese Sause is hard and it can not be hit, add some milk and beat again.
