- 5-6 Cretan barley rusks
- 2-3 chopped tomatoes
- 150gr-200gr feta cheese crumbled or mizythra Cretan cheese
- 50gr olive oil
- oregano and thyme
- Soak the rusks into little water.
- Spread some olive oil on them with a cooking brush.
- Put the grated tomato and the grated cheese on top of them.
- Sprinkle with oregano and thyme and pour in olive oil drops on top.
