Kritikos Dakos

INGREDIENTS
  • 5-6 Cretan barley rusks
  • 2-3 chopped tomatoes
  • 150gr-200gr feta cheese crumbled or mizythra Cretan cheese
  • 50gr olive oil
  • oregano and thyme
METHOD
  1. Soak the rusks into little water.
  2. Spread some olive oil on them with a cooking brush.
  3. Put the grated tomato and the grated cheese on top of them.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano and thyme and pour in olive oil drops on top.
