- 1/2 kgr strained yoghurt
- 2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and grated fine on the grater
- 1 cucumber, peeled and grated with the grater with thick part
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- Squeeze well the cucumber and place it in a medium bowl.
- Add all ingredients and mix well with a spoon until the mixture is even.
- The tzatziki is ready and keep it in a bowl in the refrigerator up to 10 days.
