Tzatziki

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 kgr strained yoghurt
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and grated fine on the grater
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and grated with the grater with thick part
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
METHOD
  1. Squeeze well the cucumber and place it in a medium bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients and mix well with a spoon until the mixture is even.
  3. The tzatziki is ready and keep it in a bowl in the refrigerator up to 10 days.
