Grilled octopus
INGREDIENTS
- A small octopus
- Lemon juice
METHOD
- Clean the octopus and wash it well
- Put octopus in a pot without water, and let it heat up and takes out his juices (stir frequently to prevent sticking)
- When it takes out enough juices, cover and cook until tender (15′-20 ‘)
- Then take it out and cook on the grill for as long as needed (20′-30′) – Do not forget to turn it from all sides.
- Served with lemon juice
