Grilled octopus

INGREDIENTS
  • A small octopus
  • Lemon juice
METHOD
  1. Clean the octopus and wash it well
  2. Put octopus in a pot without water, and let it heat up and takes out his juices (stir frequently to prevent sticking)
  3. When it takes out enough juices, cover and cook until tender (15′-20 ‘)
  4. Then take it out and cook on the grill for as long as needed (20′-30′) – Do not forget to turn it from all sides.
  5. Served with lemon juice
