Chicken with peppers and orange

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1-1.5 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
METHOD
  1. Wash chicken and cut into portions-bites.
  2. Cut all peppers into strips (as thick as you want) and tomato into cubes.
  3. In a saucepan, saute chicken with olive oil and add the orange juice and let it starts boil.
  4. Then add the tomato cubes, peppers, honey, salt and pepper and let cook until the chicken and the sauce thickens.
SERVING TIP: Serve with rice.
