Chicken with peppers and orange

INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1-1.5 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
METHOD
- Wash chicken and cut into portions-bites.
- Cut all peppers into strips (as thick as you want) and tomato into cubes.
- In a saucepan, saute chicken with olive oil and add the orange juice and let it starts boil.
- Then add the tomato cubes, peppers, honey, salt and pepper and let cook until the chicken and the sauce thickens.
SERVING TIP: Serve with rice.
