Giant beans in the oven

INGREDIENTS
- 400gr. giant beans (washed and trimmed)
- 2 large onions (chopped)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2-3 green onions (chopped)
- 1 bunch dill, (finely chopped)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- a pinch of sugar
- Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper
METHOD
- Drench the beans in warm water and a medium tablespoon of salt overnight.
- Put them in a pot with enough water and boil until the get soft and if necessary add warm water.
- When they boil poured the water and add the onions, dill, the salt, pepper, little olive oil and saute them for 5′-6′.
- Remove from the heat and add the tomato and the sugar. Stir and then add the remaining olive oil.
- Put them in a medium pan, add 2 cups of hot water and bake them at 180oC until sauce thickens.
