- as many horn peppers as you want
- feta cheese
- a little olive oil
- Wash the peppers, cut the stem and clean the inside.
- In a bowl, crush some feta cheese into small pieces, add few drops of olive oil, very little oregano and stir gently.
- Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place them in a pan.
- Add some olive oil and a little oregano on top.
- Bake at 200oC for 30′-40′ to until they get some color.
