Peppers with Feta

INGREDIENTS
- as many horn peppers as you want
- feta cheese
- oregano
- a little olive oil
METHOD
- Wash the peppers, cut the stem and clean the inside.
- In a bowl, crush some feta cheese into small pieces, add few drops of olive oil, very little oregano and stir gently.
- Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place them in a pan.
- Add some olive oil and a little oregano on top.
- Bake at 200oC for 30′-40′ to until they get some color.
TIP: You can add any other herbs (eg dill) into the mixture if you want.

Wow!…now why didn’t I think of this wonderful idea of stuffing peppers with feta, when I always keep feta chees around, and peppers. They look absolutely delish!
