Peppers with Feta

INGREDIENTS
  • as many horn peppers as you want
  • feta cheese
  • oregano
  • a little olive oil
METHOD
  1. Wash the peppers, cut the stem and clean the inside.
  2. In a bowl, crush some feta cheese into small pieces, add few drops of olive oil, very little oregano and stir gently.
  3. Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place them in a pan.
  4. Add some olive oil and a little oregano on top.
  5. Bake at 200oC for 30′-40′ to until they get some color.
TIP: You can add any other herbs (eg dill) into the mixture if you want.
