Pie with honey from Sifnos island

INGREDIENTS

• 1kgr ricotta
• 7 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup honey
• 1 teaspoon margarine
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• Cinnamon for dusting

METHOD

1. Smash ricotta with a fork.
2. Add sugar and beat in mixer for 2′-3′.
3. Add the eggs and finally the honey.
4. Brush a baking pan with margarine, add flour and the mixture.
5. Bake at 190oC until golden brown the surface.
