INGREDIENTS
  • 2 sausages
  • 3 dry onions
  • 10 green horn peppers
  • 4 red peppers Florinis
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 3 tomatoes (chopped)
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • salt, pepper, paprika
METHOD
  1. Clean and wash peppers.
  2. Cut them lengthwise into 3-4 pieces except spicy one.
  3. Cut 2 dry onions in the middle and then in washers.
  4. Chop the hot pepper and 1 dry onion.
  5. Cut the sausages into slices.
  6. In a deep, wide frying pan add olive oil to burn and gently fry the sausages.
  7. Drain and keep warm in a dish.
  8. Saute the chopped onion and chili pepper, add the onions-rings and peppers, saute for 1′-2′, stirring carefully.
  9. Add the sausage and tomatoes.
  10. Add sugar, salt, pepper and paprika.
  11. Leave to boil and add 2 cups water and some olive oil.
  12. Leave to boil in low heat, without stirring!
  13. When sause thickens, turn off the heat and serve!
Tip: If you do not like spicy food, remove the hot pepper from materials!
