INGREDIENTS
- 2 sausages
- 3 dry onions
- 10 green horn peppers
- 4 red peppers Florinis
- 1 green chili pepper
- 3 tomatoes (chopped)
- Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- salt, pepper, paprika
METHOD
- Clean and wash peppers.
- Cut them lengthwise into 3-4 pieces except spicy one.
- Cut 2 dry onions in the middle and then in washers.
- Chop the hot pepper and 1 dry onion.
- Cut the sausages into slices.
- In a deep, wide frying pan add olive oil to burn and gently fry the sausages.
- Drain and keep warm in a dish.
- Saute the chopped onion and chili pepper, add the onions-rings and peppers, saute for 1′-2′, stirring carefully.
- Add the sausage and tomatoes.
- Add sugar, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Leave to boil and add 2 cups water and some olive oil.
- Leave to boil in low heat, without stirring!
- When sause thickens, turn off the heat and serve!
Tip: If you do not like spicy food, remove the hot pepper from materials!
