Patsavouropita Cheese Pie

INGREDIENTS

• 5 eggs
• ½ kgr feta cheese (grated)
• ½ package of margarine
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 600 ml milk
• 500 gr. sheets of crust

METHOD

1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and the melted margarine.
2. Butter a pan 40cm x 30cm, dip a sheet in the mixture and put them in order inside the pan.
3. Pour over the mixture that left over.
4. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180oC until golden brown.
