Sweet rolls with cinnamon

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pastry sheet for dessert
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1-1.5 tsp cinnamon (grated)
METHOD
  1. In a bowl, mix sugar with cinnamon.
  2. Roll the pastry sheet and sprinkle on top of it the mixture of sugar with cinnamon.
  3. Cut sheet into 4 equal strips.
  4. Each strip cut it into 4 equal pieces which should be nearly squares.
  5. Catching on a corner of the square and wrap diagonally (the shape is like pennies pasta).
  6. We can also wrap them simple, touching one hand to another.
  7. If we have mixture of sugar and cinnamon (if not make a bit), pour it into a bowl, add one to one the rolls and sprinkle the outer side with the mixture.
  8. In a baking dish, spread wax paper and leave some space between them to prevent sticking.
  9. Bake at 200oC for 15′-20′ until browned slightly.
