Blackberries Jam

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kgr blackberries
  • 900 gr. sugar
METHOD
  1. Clean and wash the blackberries.
  2. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar, stir and let them in the refrigerator over night.
  3. The next day boil the mixture, and stir frequently until jam thickens.
  4. Allow to cool and poured into sterilized glass jars and keep outside the refrigerator.
