Blackberries Jam

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kgr blackberries
- 900 gr. sugar
METHOD
- Clean and wash the blackberries.
- Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar, stir and let them in the refrigerator over night.
- The next day boil the mixture, and stir frequently until jam thickens.
- Allow to cool and poured into sterilized glass jars and keep outside the refrigerator.
