- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, pepper, oregano
- Put the chickpeas in hot water with some salt and leave for 12 hours to rise.
- In a pressure cooker, add all ingredients and 3 cups of water.
- Close the pressure cooker and cook for about 20′ (time is proportional to the pressure cooker, so cook them as you normally cook legumes).
- Let the pressure cooker cool to open and serve.
