Rizogalo (rice pudding)

INGREDIENTS
  • 1lt fresh milk
  • 100gr rice (the type of rice that you use on soups)
  • 200gr sugar
  • salt
METHOD
  1. In saucepan add all ingredients and boil until rice is cooked.
  2. In case that the rice is boiled, but the milk is not thick, dissolve half a cup of cold milk, 2 teaspoons cornstarch, add it into the mixture to the saucepan and stir.
  3. Serve in bowls adding some cinnamon (powder) on top.
