Meats with peppers and cheese

INGREDIENTS
- 800gr pork (soft part – cut into cubes)
- 800gr beef (soft part – cut into cubes)
- 4-5 colored peppers into strips
- 500gr yellow cheese, grated in the coarse part of the grater
- salt and pepper
METHOD
- In a bowl add the meat, salt and pepper and stir (be careful because cheese is salted).
- Add the peppers and cheese and stir again gently.
- Empty the content of the bowl into a pyrex and press lightly with your hand to go over the surface.
- Cover with foil, pierce in several places so the air can leaves and bake at 200oC for almost 1h.
- Remove the foil and leave it in the oven a little longer to golden brown and leave some of its liquid (if it has).
TIP: Best served hot with white rice.
