Mushrooms Omelet

INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 mushrooms
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 2 eggs
- some milk
- salt, pepper, olive oil
METHOD
- Wash mushrooms and cut into 3-4 pieces each.
- Wash zucchini and cut into thin strips and then cut the strips in half.
- Wash peppers and cut them into pieces.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and add mushrooms, zucchini, peppers and stir until wilted and leaving the broth.
- Beat eggs, add some milk, salt, pepper and stir the mixture.
- Add the mixture to the frying pan and stir until the eggs are cooked.
