Stuffed pork roll

INGREDIENTS
- 2kgr pork (streaky) beaten to stretch
- 7-8 slices of yellow cheese
- 7-8 slices of ham
- 1-2 tablespoons mustard
- 2-3 tablespoons parsley
- 10-15 dried apricots
- 10-15 dried plums
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 glass water
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Add salt and pepper on both sides of meat.
- Spread the meat on a greaseproof paper.
- Spread the mustard, sprinkle with parsley, make a layer of cheese and a layer of ham.
- Wrap the pork with the help of the greaseproof paper to a tight roll and tie with string or put it in net.
- Place the butter in a saucepan to burn and sauté the roll from all sides until golden brown.
- Add the wine and when the alcohol evaporates, add the water and cook until the meat is tender (for about 30′-40′). Add some water if necessary.
- In the last 10′-15′ add the plums and apricots.
TIP 2: When serving, you can mash the materials of sause to have a velvet appearance.
