Sweet yogurt

INGREDIENTS
- 1kgr strained yogurt
- 700ml whipped cream
- 500gr canned pineapple
- 1 cup cleaned walnuts
METHOD
- Remove the pineapple from the can and leave it in a colander to leave its fluids.
- Keep some walnuts to decorate the top at the end and the rest cut them into pieces (into 2-3 pieces each).
- Keep 2 slices of the pineapple to decorate the top at the end and cut the remaining slices, into 8 pieces about each one.
- In a large bowl, add the yogurt and whipped cream and mix gently.
- Add the pineapple pieces and the walnuts and mix again gently.
- Place the mixture in a glass bowl or small glasses.
- Decorate with pineapple and walnuts on top, cover with plastic film and refrigerate for 5-6 hours to freeze and then serve.
TIP: If you do not like pineapple, you can add any hard fruit like apples, strawberries…

I’D LOVE MANGO IN IT. WE’VE A SIMILAR INDIAN DESSERT CALLED SRIKHAND. IT’S CLASSIC AND VERY SWEET LIKE ALL INDIAN DESSERTS.
