Chionoules (Snowballs)

INGREDIENTS
  • 500gr potatoes
  • 500gr icing sugar
  • 500gr coconut (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon mastic liqueur
METHOD
  1. Boil the potatoes and then mash them and leave them to cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl add the mashed potatoes, the icing sugar, the coconut and the liqueur and mix well.
  3. Shape into small balls and sprinkle with coconut.
TIP: If you want, before make the balls, you can divide the dough and paint the mixture with food coloring.
