Chicken fillet marinated with mustard

INGREDIENTS
- 1 chicken breast
- 4 tablespoons mustard
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Wash the chicken and cut it into fillets (less than 1cm thick).
- In a bowl, add mustard, salt and pepper and stir to make a mixture.
- Spread the chicken fillets with mustard mixture and leave them for about 1h-1.5h.
- Heat a nonstick frying pan and cook the fillets.
- Serve with steamed vegetables, rice or green salad.
TIP: If you want to use frying pan, you can bake them in the oven in a baking pan (with greaseproof paper) or grill them on the bbq.
